OYO:How to prevent oversleeping


  Hi, today I will write about how to prevent oversleeping.

  There are several things you can do tprevent oversleeping. First, you should prepare three alarm clocks. Then, put one at the bedside, next one at the bathroom, and the other at the entrance. If you put alarm clocks far from your bed, you cannot sleep again in the morning. To prepare and putting your bag before you go to bed is also important. Finally, you should not drink too much the day before. Headache makes you overslept.
